MISSION: To provide a vehicular platform to the site of a natural or man-made disaster on short notice. The enclosed mobile structure is driven to the site where local religious leaders can establish an immediate Christian presence while providing an orderly and a safe environment to those in distress. The pastor, priest, or religious leader has operational control while the Mobile Chapel is on the disaster site.

ORGANIZATION AND USE: First Response – Mobile Chapel is an ecumenical religious tool for use by any Christian denomination in need following a disaster. The prototype is owned and operated by Boldt Christian Ministry (BCM) of Winsted, Minnesota.
